story: “In 1995 backstage area was pretty bleak for photos so i thought “let’s just go for a wander”, much to my surprise Thom said “Yeah”. I’d seen an ice cream van beforehand as well. It was a blisteringly hot day so i thought if i could get Thom having an ice cream it would look amazing, so we went for a wander, stops the ice cube man, i got a 99 flake put it in his hand and then he just shoved it in his face… got the picture.”
